@sbchamps17_NSW I think it was 4 to 8 im not sure.. it was for 3 wins in WC.. I just opened it and didn't pay attention.. But any chase pack i have ever opened in my entire MLBTS playing time. it has always been at least a diamond card.. I wouldn't even expect a gold.. it definitely not normal.. they nurffed it for WC for sure.. As the higher divisions had rewards of 85+ live series packs to being rewarded. They wouldn't want the lower divisions to get at least a 85 from a chase pack..because it definitely has always been that way when opening chase pack..

@YOSHI24_XBL where do we submit i ticket to.. I also got a loss do to a freeze off in WC being hard wired internet. i wasn't gonna wait it out more then 20 minutes. So of course i moved on to play another game. but that shouldnt happen 2 batters into a game. can I submit a ticket for that, they won't do anything or give me the chase pack back..

The easiest way: Go to the app, click on the 25 down right … support or „report a bug“ … That won‘t help on connection stuff (like the freeze off) though.
Another move: Click on support on up on this forum page

@datnickdogg351_PSN No the earlier chase packs of this year could have golds in them. As he stated they only recently started guaranteeing diamonds. Therefore depending on what pack you opened it may not have been one of the diamond guarantees and is very much working as intended.

The chase packs early in each year's release have been with golds. I remember this same complaint last year.

Well... my pack luck has been pretty bad the last 6 weeks. From down here in the Silver I group, I got my 3rd win and my Chase Pack. And... blue diamond screen... Bryan Reynolds All-Star. Yikes.

Thanks for the feedack back guys..I looked at my pack history and it was a Chase 4 pack..So maybe it wasn't guaranteed a diamond.. which is totally BS in itself..

@datnickdogg351_PSN I just got mine and it was a chase pack 4, which have the possibility of golds. So everything 4 and below (at least) could have golds. You aren't being messed with. There is no manipulation.
