Mini Seasons Mode idea

It would be nice if they could add a new couple teams. Boring playing the same teams every mini season every year.

@yankblan_PSN Yes, Im tired of seeing the Lemurs, Singers, etc. Give me some different team names, with different color unis and maybe even a couple more new stadiums. I know it does not really matter since rosters change each mini season, but it still seems stale.

This times 1,000. I mean... It's baseball. You have to get the stats right. I love going into game 20, seeing that my guys have 40-50 at bats, and the CPU team has 120. Or that the league leaders in pitching have 100 k's. Or that my one pinch hitter who's 1 for 1 is the league leader in average.
Never mind the duplicate players in game being wildly wrong. Ugh. So annoying. I would think this can't be that hard to fix.

This is one thing that EA does better than SDS. In Squad Battles in NHL, you play other people's actual teams, along with names, uniforms, and lineups. That way, not only do you not see the same teams over and over, you almost never see the same team twice. They should populate each new instance of mini-seasons with real players teams. Yes, there would still be a lot of overlap, but likely less than there is now. I would also love it if the CPU pitchers were subject to fatigue. Nothing like playing the same team four times in a row and seeing the exact same relievers in every game.

They don’t do a sufficient job of moderating user-generated content to do that, given a lot of the offline modes are predominantly played by children. They refuse to do simple moderation techniques like identifying when multiple users are using the exact same inappropriate logo. I don’t mean similar, I mean exact same because they’ve all downloaded and equipped it without making any edits. It’s all based on manual reports and there are rarely any meaningful action taken that would actually dissuade people from doing so (typically just removing the logo and maybe a 48 hour ban from online play). There’s certain inappropriate logos with literally thousands of users and maybe 100 of them get moderator action against them each year.

I would like to see a mini season against the live series teams, or flashback/legend teams now that that works (except for the 5 justin wilsons on match up screen) for DQ.
