The quality of online H2H gameplay can vary greatly from one game to the next, in part, due to P2P latency. That Demise user was scoffed at for his posts about this in the past, but he was correct.Something that I believe would help this issue is a ping notification. They used to have that in '14 or '15, but need to bring it back.
About to go back to the habit of, when on the pitcher select screen, if there’s any type of input latency when scrolling through my rotation, I’m backing out

Unfortunately, in my past experience, and from what I have heard from other users, that it is not a reliable indicator. -
@xElRojo44x_MLBTS it used to be a pretty good one generally for the worst offenders. This year though, it seems every menu stutters online, so who knows.

Speak to what? That clip is just an example of the change to swing timing and ball trajectory made at the start of 22 that everyone complained about and SDS just replied saying the game is working as intended. What are you expecting 3 years later? For them to finally admit that while it works as intended, that what is intended is incredibly bad and killing the player base’s ability to play this game for sustained periods?
This is the 4th version of the game (22, 23, 24, and 25) that works that way. Everybody, including the person that tweeted that, claimed that gameplay was fine in 23 and 24. Why wouldn’t it be fine in 25 too?

Simply pointing out that timing windows are inaccurate. The swing in the video is in no way “just late”

They could TRY to charge for it. Only fools would pay it. Why do sports games think they are special? Only in sports games are these things ever an issue. Not to mention related issues like dc glitches etc done with malice but made possible by companies like SDS and EA being cheap and/or lazy.
Call of duty (or any other game without these problems) dont "charge extra" for working connections and inputs lol who do these companies think they are?
