How can you explain when you square many balls for routine outs but on the other hand your opponent hits a good/okay and it’s a 347949393 foot bomb.
Don’t tell me skills count in this game. Sometime the game wants you to take the L. I’ve taken undeserved Ws and they don’t feel very well to be honest.
Since day one we’ve been asking for a fully skill based game. Give me what I earn, nothing else.

I lost a game earlier on a walk off where I got the first two outs easily, 3rd guy up routine pop up in RF, fielder didn’t lock on, runner on 2nd then bloop single. I will not play the game again today.

More players playing....more opportunity for them to make money. Hand out some cheap W’s...boost their confidence....they’ll keep playing, and hopefully spend money.
It’s pure business at this point.

I get the business part. But this shouldn’t happen in the higher rankings.

The game doesn't decide who wins.
But it is certainly feasible that it has an effect on your likelihood to win or lose.

Everybody hits home runs on good/ok, everybody hits perfect/perfect lineouts. The game isn't actively trying to screw you.

Yep, mDDA is totally a "conspiracy theory".
Sliders can be ramped up for Showdown but they couldn't possibly be dynamically set in online play right?

It really is man... And every year it gets worse. Really wish all the conspiracy theorists and people who claim to hate the game but still play it every day had their own forum.

If there’s a massive skill gap between opponents then the better player always wins. If the players are closely matched, then yes the outcome often seems determined by random bs
