Content is dry?

@JDHalfrack good call. I routinely abused the White Sox in last year's game. My pitcher i loved to destroy was Drew Thorpe. He's rated a little higher than Davis Martin but how slow Thorpe pitches helps me get around on him even with righties.
I'll try White Sox on Vet/maybe all-star and then Phillies on Rookie.
Thanks for this. I think your plan will really help us offline grinders. That is until SDS somehow nerfs this too...

@dbub Here’s the writeup I just did. Sort of the same things discussed in this thread, but also expanded upon.

Stop being whiny bitches. You can still farm packs at a decent clip in MS. ~21-22 wins for 15 packs plus a ballin. Over time you will get the pipeline/new threads (I assume) packs, as well as the MS banner/uni/logo tradeins
Along the way you are getting TA progress, unlike last year when you would have finished TA by now.
And they released TWO conquest maps today, one of which has a good chunk of games to play through
Show packs are still easy to earn (and more valuable when you pull a good LS diamond). It looks like they have done away with locking all the best cards behind shop packs, and have made the cards from shop packs easier to acquire.
And as the year goes on the newer mini seasons will have more rewards as well.
The changes have been overwhelmingly positive for NMS folks and card collectors, if the tradeoff for that is a little slower pack farm that seems fine to me
To be clear, I think its perfectly fine to ask why we dont have a repeatable conquest map and ask for one to be implemented, but there is a lot of hyperbolic nonsense
100%.
As someone who plays primarily offline and grinds way more than the casual gamer as well as the majority on this forum most likely, there has been a TON of content to dive into. The game has barely been out for a week and they have already dropped NINE Conquest maps along with multiple featured programs on top of the eternal TA path. That doesn't even include modes like DQ and Mini Seasons which are lucrative and also require a decent amount of time.
They have done a fantastic job so far offering a ton of stuff to grind. Anybody who is complaining about a lack of offline content is probably the 0.001% who lives on the game and I'm sorry, but they are never going to be able to give those kind of players enough.
As a mega grinder myself, I love the amount of content, but don't love the mediocre awards attached to them.
I've completed Classic MS twice and the second time was underwhelming. Ive completed every Conquest except Grapefruit. And I had 2 full runs at DQ.
But Team Affinity? Only have 3 Jolt bosses so far so I've got a lot of work to do there.
I have schwarber, biggio, angels, rockies, Mets and maybe one other jolt boss.
I have angels and astros because I finished the collection so got a big boost. Mets I singled for Franco cause I wanted the lefty. Rockies I got because of all the ubaldo usage for his player program and schwarber ditto bc of abreu usage.
With the bosses I think you almost need to strategically target them if you have your eyes set on someone. Today im working on brewers/dbacks players in conquest to hopefully unlock Martinez and fingers to boost my bullpen

I don't think content is dry at all as someone who has put in a good amount of hours already I still have co quest maps to do, only 10 games into mini season and no DQ runs done the content has been good to start.
SDS has paced things pretty good so far and I really am getting the MLB 20 vibes
