Not Getting 2x Tokens/points after MGR Convo

I haven’t been receiving my 2x token/points after meeting with my MGR. Game is stating that it’s active but not getting double during game play. Playing on Xbox series X.

@GreenEydBndt_XBL i'm having the same issue on PS5. Hopefully they get it figured out soon. I'm missing out on some serious points.

Having the same issue on switch. Worst part was it was only the second Manager convo I had in a full year since getting called up. May only be an issue with closers though.
