Hoping for a few cards in the winter drop

Because there’s like no 99s to use rn, (knee slapper) there are a few guys I hope get 99s to make theme teams more fun.
Ranger Suárez (only has a 93 and was a CY candidate for a while this year.)
Kumar Rocker (has a 97 but I feel he could have had a cool pipeline card and a pitch mix that reflects his regular slider and Gyro slider.)
Jack Leiter (96 I think, also a player I was hoping to see get a cool pipeline card so he can get a good pitch mix.)
I also really like to see a few relievers from each team get cards that are deserving. Like Matt Strahm.
If there are other guys you’ll want I want to hear because I want more pitchers that are fun or OOP cards that change the game on the mound a little. A 6’7 submarine throwing Aaron Judge would be funny and fun at this point.
