The show has gotten better this last month with content but we're still sick of sets and seasons. Next year we should incentivize using different cards which is the purpose of sets and seasons. I think having multiple parralleled cards at a position or team should give u a boost but max out at some point and also allow you to unlock cards. This will push players to use more cards and parrallel them for the opportunity to boost attributes for those position players or team and also unlock better cards. Also having captain cards to increase parrallel progress or decrease the amount needed to P5. Not making this the only way to get cards but for some of the best cards. Also having Father and Son or Duo or trio teammate cards that boost each other. Soto and judge, Arod and Jeter or ohtani and mookie to name a few. Also doing the same with pitchers. This will cause more players to mix their lineups because of boosts of duo cards and parrallel upgrades for parralleling multiple cards and getting new cards. Some players will and some won't which is their right because they make really like the cards the have or may not have been able to play and with sets and seasons if u haven't played in a few weeks u can easily fall behind and have no time to use those season cards. I understand why its in the game to push different lineups but if it's incentivized to use many cards and the cards are boosted because of it many will. What do u guys think we need for show 25?

First, I think we need to replace the Jon Sciambi-Chris Singleton duo in next years' game. They are both boring to listen to, offer little to no baseball knowledge, hardly speak about anything in their personal lives, and repeat the same dialogue that they had in MLB The Show 23 with a few exceptions. Right now, I would rather have the Milwaukee Brewers Radio Announcer, Bob Uecker, do this all by himself, or the Seattle Mariners team of Dave Rizzs-Dave Simms with color commentary from either Harold Reynolds of the MLB Network or Bert Blyleven of the Minnesota Twins to replace these two. Yes, I mean it, when I say, "I want a three-man booth or Uecker!" In addition, I need a lot more communication between the announcers, more baseball knowledge overall, and more personal stories from them. Most of the time, hardly anybody speaks except at the end of a half-inning.
Second, this game needs more players in Diamond Dynasty. It's pathetic in how many programs that the same player is or was used over-and-over again except with a higher ranking in MLB The Show 24. Last year, we had each MLB team have four separate player captains, one for each season. This year we had one core captain, period, plus some special captains of the same players we had in another program. Yes, I know we can't have every legend, but adding a few complimentary players from each MLB team, like for example, Los Angeles Angels Legends Don Baylor and Bobby Grich, would fill this gap immensely.
Third, we need more former MLB Stadiums in 2025, like Exhibition Stadium in Toronto, and San Diego/Jack Murphy/Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego. The last five years before the players got the Kingdome in the Derek Jeter Program this year, we had the same twelve former MLB stadiums with absolutely no variety. This is unacceptable and it needs to change.
In conclusion, I have many more ideas to improve this game for next year and for years to come, but I have said enough about improving MLB The Show 25 and will stop ranting for now.
