Wild card spots

I have 3 wild cards avaliable and i can only use 1 without my team being ineligible?
Never mind finally got it to work, not even sure why it wouldn't let me in the first place, this game this year.

Finally got it to work by generating a best squad and going to my last squad to do it. Honestly wasn't even giving me the option for wild cards lol. I just want to use my 98 Jac Caglianoe as my 5th starter, so i'm technical not even using season 1 cards, games ridiculous this year.

Or you're just doing something wrong. Nobody else is having issues with their Wild card slots as long as they have created a S2 squad. Jac Caglianone can be added to any S2 squad without needing a wild card.

I also have 3 slots unlocked; but have no use for them.
I realize thst they're specifically used for people that play Ranked. But as an offline grinder, and Season 1 cards not counting towards current missions/programs, I have no use for them.
Maybe once I complete the last TA drop; I may use some S1 cards.

That's what I plan on doing after I finish the final TA, I really want to use that Rollins card and the Kerry Wood card again, plus I'm still working on the classic mini seasons so I know that I can use them both there

Yah, honestly i'm not sure what went wrong because it's worked perfectly since i made the post. Whatever it doesn't matter anyway.
Your exactly right though and i wasn't trying to be rude at all, was just venting and trying to figure out why it wasn't working.
And yes i realise i can add him without a wildcard however he's a 98 and i only had 2 99's in season 2 at the time. So hence why i needed the 2/3 wildcard spots.

@samguenther1987_PSN If you're just creating a "Best Squad" you have no need for a wild card because all cards are Eligible.
