People who get PS5 pre order bundles, hats, etc big stuff

I've been playing this game since '08 and I'm always curious. You see all these people that get all these pre-orders with the ps5s the custom show version of the PS5 jerseys hats what not baseball bats cards. My question is how do you even get that or get seen to get that from SDS or the show? I mean most posts you send or tweets. You don't even get a response or at least I don't.....
