Why do I only have 2 wildcard slots?

I started late with Season 1 already over. I've earned 2 from Season 2 path (about to get a 3rd) but it sounds like most of you started with 1.
Is that from Season 1 Path I missed out on?
There was a list of season 1 tasks:
-Completing The Show Classics Program (Bellinger)
-Completing the Season 1 Recap Program (Buxton)
-Completing the Egg Hunt Program (Yellich)
-Unlocking Season Awards Mookie Betts through the Season Awards Program Collection
-Collecting 250 Season 1 cards in the Season 1 Collection for CC SabathiaIf you had completed those before Season 2 started, you got a XP Head Start bonus that was enough to get you enough Season 2 XP to qualify for the 1st Wildcard Slot. Or you could just grind out Season 2 XP the hard way and get to that on your own.
It was not an "extra" WC slot.

It's next to impossible for me to choose 2 out of Mookie, Brett, Strider and Goose.
There are 3 in the season 2 XP path, the 4th is part of all star week which releases today.
We should probably clarify that its an AS Collection reward because you know if people dont have it at 3:01PM EST, they wont bother looking for it, they'll just assume SDS lied to us and flood the forums with the "THIS IS BS" posts.
That will happen no matter what

Just go back to whatever version of the game you were playing before because for some reason your still not happy with this current game

Release 99s early and then have people complain the rest of the year that there's nothing left to play for.
