Moment: Challenge Failed

Cannon fires near CGSO will not open. It says "Setting up Moment. Please Wait." for like a minute and then says challenge failed. Did all the others quickly without issue.
Is anyone else having an issue with this moment?

Odd. I was able to get into it and complete it no problem yesterday. I know it sounds unrelated, but have you tried just resetting the router? That's fixed a similar issue for me in the past. Something to do with the data stream
