    I don’t put the blame with SDS. MLBTS 24 is clearly being ruined by people at Sony. Slowly killing this game and not giving it a second thought because they want certain things from this game and having zero clue about this game.

    Agreed. You have a bunch of nerds who probably only played rec ball until 8th grade running the game. The gameplay is awful. Content sucks. Seasons are a disaster. You know it's bad when MLB guys were complaining about this game last year on twitch.

    So they should be congratulated for what will likely be sports game of the year back to back? Personally I think it would be better to give the love to SDS.

    The packs and push to monetization are 99% likely on Sony. I'm thinking the massive leap backwards in program content this year is on SDS though, but it could be Sony telling them to cut free cards by nearly 2/3rds as well.

    Agreed. Before they went multi-platform it seemed like SDS had more freedom and did things that were a lot more "community friendly". Now that Sony has their thumb on SDS' neck, the game has suffered greatly. Very unfortunate.
