Has anyone noticed that if your opponent uses a the same pitcher that you have in your rotation but you use a different pitcher then that pitcher and your opponents pitcher that you also have in your rotation they both lose energy? Like I just faced the josh hadar card and I have him in my rotation but didn't use him he lost energy and he didn't even pitch for me yet

Yes. I've also had pitchers who didn't pitch and not even on the other team be no energy for no reason, I've also had multiple pitchers all lose stam because one hit a parallel level and it changed the order of the rotation, I've also had pitcher at full energy after they've pitched.

OK so it's not just me, it's annoying because I need to use TA pitchers to complete missions

Doesn't happen as often as prior years but yeah still an issue,and it never seems to be filler guys,always someone you have to use.

I’ve noticed also the same pitcher will start back to back games for the opponent and have full energy again

CPU pitchers always have normal energy after games, that's intentional to prevent someone from switching pitchers to face tired guys.
