I don’t understand for the life of me why they even have momentum for the playoffs, it does absolutely nothing. Just swept through the LDS and LCS and I had full momentum for the entire thing and had one lead the entire time. It does nothing

Yup, the playoffs are the worst part of MTO. I've just been doing the regular season for the points.

Yeah it doesn't seem to do much. Still like keeping it high though. God knows how many runs it would start me down by if the momentum was cold...
