Analog Pitching - Outlier
-
Is it just me or are pitchers with outlier not able to hit 102 or 103 when using analog pitching? I'm getting perfect input and accuracy and can hit hit 101 at best with guys like Skenes, Randy, Nolan Ryan etc.
The second I switch to any other pitching interface (pinpoint, meter, or pulse) I can consistently throw 102 and on occasion 103.
I prefer analog over everything else but it just seems off for some reason unless I'm doing something that's preventing me from throwing at max effort.
Thanks

I use pure analog and routinely hit 103-104. I do pull the stick back all the way and slam it forward though. Maybe that type of input is what allows me to reach those velocities on pure analog.

Same for me. Slam away!

I used Analog for years before PPP and I had the same issue, I do believe it is about the speed you are pushing the stick. It makes sense, slamming it is going to make hitting your spot harder, so sacrificing power for accuracy just like a real pitcher, will result in slower pitch speeds.

Thanks for the feedback. Sounds like its a me issue then. I'm probably trying to finesse it too much and need to be more heavy handed. I'll give it a shot. Thanks!
