I love sets and seasons

I like that it forces you to strategize how you approach the next season.
That's kinda like real baseball like when your star players get injured , retire or become free agents .
My strategy last year and this year is to level up core players as much as possible . Figure out which player I want to wild card.
I just hope they vary thr set 2 players for example I don't need a set 2 Jim edmonds on the Angels , set 2 Jim edmonds for the cardinals would be fine .
I agree with the community on foul balls tho .
Too many home runs .
Defense needs a little more quickness imo .
That's all. -
Also the pay to win is a myth , I am a mid level player, my current record is 13 - 4 .
I have never made world series and I've never gone 10 - 0 in br.
I have not spent a single dime on this game and I am competitive at my level.
Is the game frustrating, yes , but baseball is frustrating. How many players have smashed their bats into the ground after a pop up .
How many pitchers screamed into their glove walking off the field after giving up a 3 run tank.
It's baseball. -
I do think it’s funny that so many people hate the seasons model before we’ve even hit the second season. I’ll reserve judgement and see how it goes. I also like the strategy going into the next season and the idea of using different cards. We’ll see.
