I had 274 cards collected and now I have 251. I was 6 cards away from the season 1 collection choice pack and now I'm 29 cards away
I should have received CC without having to add any cards as I had 274 collected..... but I had to add 1 to get him. I've spent a lot of.time and real money to get these cards for this collection.
I should now be 5 cards from 280 (choice collection 1), but I now have to add 29 more ...So this is more than a visual error and needs to be fixed ASAP. This is real content and real money we are talking about here...

@NYGxNYMxFan68 update...I added 5 cards and DID receive the proper collection reward so what Victor said is correct. I was unable to edit my previous reply so I added this post as an update

@Victor_SDS SDS it is not just the cards not showing. Its the S1 Collection Rewards. I Had around 160…then dropped to around 137 collected. Now it says I already collected the 150 reward when i actually have not. We spend actual money on this and we are currently getting hosed out of rewards. Please fix and compensate earned S1 Rewards!!!

@YOSHI24 the rewards are reflecting the incorrect number! I cant get the 150 cards reward payout because the S1 page isnt reflecting the correct amount (i know i still iwn them). It said i was previously above 150 so when i dropped to 137 then collected again to 150 i couldnt collect the new 150 reward of 2 mid-diamond players worth prob 100k. I never got compensated for that reward because of the glitch. Now im above 150 and cant collect it. Understand???

I think if you collect the next tier up, it might collect that lower tier reward you didn't collect before?

@cbpm72 yes it SHOULD. Mine says already collected even tho the 150 threshold reward was added at this update. I was collected around 160 then dropped to 137 then collected back to 150 and couldn't receive my two diamonds. I hope they correct it.

Same for me. It's says I collected the 150 reward but I never any of those players shown in the pack.

@sbchamps17 i know…i still have my cards. The problem is i missed out on a reward of 2 diamond cards worth 100k. The 150 collection threshold reward says i collected when i didnt. Its the REWARDS that are messed up. NOT lost cards…i know nothing was lost.

… There are a few people (I watched a content streamer live who was over 250 before they dropped CC Sabathia).
He was like 204 when he checked. The only thing he had to do was collect one more to gain the reward (because the real number was over 250) … That is probably the point to you (or I do not get it … if yes, I‘m out ) -
It is more than a “visual” glitch as you cannot physically lock the bottom rows of cards in

I just bought some season 1 golds in the app and can't find them in the season 1 collection in the app not all cards are showing on the app which is weird

@YOSHI24 I was over 150…update released…dropped to 130…collected back to 150. Reward of SEASON 1 VAULT PICK 2 shows COMPLETED…i never received it. I didnt get to pick 2 players. These are worth over 100k. I know 2 other players this happened to. Its actual money/value lost by not receiving that award. Its not just a “visual display” issue.

Were these 2 Packs at 150 just added when CC was added? I'm well over 300 so 150 was a long time ago for me...I don't remember 2 Vault Packs. And if they were added prior to CC...wouldn't they possibly still hold Gold Cards? Cause they just this past weekend changed the Vault Packs in the TA paths to be Diamond Only? Even after the "Visual" Glitch or whatever you wanna call it...I had more than 250 for CC. I collected my George Brett and it added CC to my inventory, but I didn't get any Vault Packs?

You do realize that they didn't guarantee that there would be 2 Diamonds in these packs until this Fri and those vault packs were added at least a week ago. So chance are; you'll get the ones that included Golds.

I got "lucky" and got 2 87 Diamonds. Oh, gee, at a time when 99's are available !
At least I got 2 Mets, Brandon Sproat and Jett Williams, I tried to tell myself 🤪 -
@GixxerRyder750 SDSSupport responded to my complaint about the SEASON 1 VAULT PICK 2 at the 150 card tier not showing up upon completion. They said it was simply a “visual issue”. Definitely not the case. It appears from reading other forum posts that the previous award was 2 Gold Cards. They changed it to VAULT PICK 2 Diamonds worth waaay more on the update. Unfortunately it appears players that already claimed the 2 Gold are gonna miss out. Thats what we get for devoting time & money to this game! Please fix!!!
