How Are New Cards Up For Sale Already?

How are people posting cards for sale in the Marketplace that have to be earned by completing certain programs like Ranked or Battle Royale or Events when those programs just went live around half an hour ago? There's no physical way anyone could have played enough games to have earned those cards yet, and I can't see how they would until many hours from now. How does this happen? Sorry if this has been explained elsewhere but I'm very confused by this.

People get the BR rewards early because they go flawless and not go back into the BR-screen again until the new rewards drop -

@NOWLTZKI You do realize that stubs are 100% valueless in terms of actual currency. Unless someone CHOOSES to plunk down money for stubs, then stubs are valueless. And soon as the currency is converted to stubs, the stubs are rendered valueless.
If you want to be able to play this MLB The Show game from day one without paying one additional penny, and without using one single stub, then you can do so in Franchise mode. All modes can played without using anything but stubs earned via game play. And stubs are earned with play in any of the game modes, including Franchise that doesn't use them with the single exception of sponsorships which can also be earned via game play.
For these reasons, I don't see the rationale for the refrain that SDS is greedy in trying to suck additional money out of people. Making something available for those who want isn't sucking money from anyone. So long as the consoles can be rigged so that children are not allowed to spend money without parental consent, then I'm perfectly fine with the setup.

The BR rewards are already up for sale because people go 9-0 the stop until the new rewards came out got the last win and boom they got the BR reward, it's been like that for a while now
