For those that are posting these pictures where balls that were pitched with high pitch speeds and end up with lower exit velocity speeds; are these games online or vs the CPU?

I see it all the time in ranked seasons. Don't play offline unless its necessary for a great card like 93 eckersley but thats been it so far.
