FaceScan stuck at 33%

The FaceScan feature for MLB24 will not upload my face passed 33%. It sits there and says “uploading data at 33%”. I’ve tried deleting the app multiple times but it’s the same thing. Any idea how to get around this?

From what I've seen, you either get lucky with an upload or not and have to retry constantly, and thats not even a guarantee it will load properly without freezing or just not changing anything on your default character at all once you get it in game, seems like the feature is just ridiculously hit or miss and SDS dont care about fixing it.

same here. finding this thread doesnt give me any confidence in this being resolved anytime soon. yaaay.
