TA 1 part 2 - Moments and Showdown - "Extreme"... and one CQ Map?
-
Basically from what I am seeing is instead of three maps that give 30,000 points for each division, you now get 3 vouchers per 15 strongholds won. Exchange 10 vouchers for 28,000 points....so basically to get what we got before, we will need to beat 276 strongholds....
Edit: sorry math was wrong...we will need to beat 300 strongholds, which means to get the same program points as previously, we will need to run the map 20 times, this is getting rediculous at this point.

Sounds like they listened to the community to me. Most of the complaints were that there wasn't anything to do.

This is incredibly tone deaf. Not even close to what the complaints were. One new conquest map that has to be repeated 20 times is not more content. How big of a shill and boot licker do you have to be to think the way you idiots do.

Because you are reading challenged... what he is saying is people whined nonstop that they were bored and had nothing to do because CH1 was quick to complete so SDS has counteracted that by making it take longer so that no one will be whining that they are bored in a week.
Put your helmet on and go lick a window

People wanted more things to do and their solution was to give less things to do and make team affinity even more of a grind. What point are you trying to make?

the point that the morons who whined they were bored a week into the game ruined it for the rest of us.
CH1 1 was perfect. I finished it within the week but I sure as f wasn't on here crying that I was bored with nothing to do.
Have you ever complained at home to your parents or to your teachers that you were bored and they solved that problem real fast by giving you [censored] tasks to do? This appears to be what SDS is doing.

If you think people complaining that there's no content were complaining that the chore of grinding TA was too short, I think you're the moron. People want more programs, more repeatable things to do that give packs and stubs. Your anger is misplaced. Even if you're right that SDS did this to spite people who complained that there isn't enough content, the problem is still them thinking the solution is just making these programs worse.

I'm not disagreeing that this is NOT an improvement at all. SDS should earn every bit of hate for the tone deaf way they're going about this latest program drop but if I were them and saw all the whining in the first week about lack of stuff to do (there was plenty) then I might be feeling a certain kind of way and want to lean into making sure people can't [censored] about being bored now.

I just got the Dominguez one, thanks to the Crawford Boxes, lol, but the balance is a joke. 9 inning game with Verlander on HOF? They're crazy.

There have always been and will always be people whining on message boards. They aren't going to make their product worse because of it. You're overreacting to these terrible changes and blaming the wrong people.

Ok just finished the extreme showdown on the first try to. Not nearly as bad as I expected! Obviously Dibble on Legend is a little tough, but you go in only down a run so its not too bad. Just sit fastball and he'll groove you some eventually. And don't be afraid to bunt guys over when you do get someone on base to avoid double plays.
Pretty good option for knocking out 20k in each TA program. You end up with like 20 packs from the programs after finishing it.
-
@Skarmaen old maps gave 60,000 and were 10 games because it applied to 2 TA. So now you have to play essentially 240 conquest games to earn the same TA points as you got for playing 30 conquest games in chapter 1.
-
@Stiebfan37 8,400 points for 15 strongholds, compared to 30,000 points for 10 strongholds last chapter. You have to capture 5.35x as many strongholds to get the same amount of progress.
That's just absurd. Makes conquest even less of a value than mini seasons, because it takes longer, and it's either variable difficulties, or it takes extra games to do the steal fans phase. Maybe if I was immortal, I'd think "Cool, repeatable conquest", but I have a normal, human lifespan, so this is lame. TA conquest is now dead.
Edit: I did that wrong. Forgot you got 30k in 2 programs. Yeah, so, getting literally less than 1/10th the progress for conquest this season.

By June they'll be giving away everything they can to keep players. This is just to milk the whales. Patience. None of these cards matter right now. Focus on collecting live and pick up all the free stuff.

Except you're gonna complete those repeatable PXP and stat missions 10x over obtaining those vouchers.
-
@aaronjw76 lmfao nothing to do and nothing to earn are completely different things. We know getting hits was hard for forum legends with 2 post per day over a 5 year average and 87 pages on transactions on the trade market because you have absolutely nothing else to do, but we were done in a couple days with nothing left but 6 weeks of packs being added. Making content take longer, doesn’t equal more content you brain dead, no life, couldn’t stop posting in SDSs defence for 3 hours if they paid you too ahh loser.

will they give us back the two conquest maps they cut?
How about the programs they should have released in the first month?
