Let the Fans Design a Program
-
Some of these programs would end up like some of the team names and team logos that the fans create! I wouldn't trust the fans to create a program.
-
I agree we would end up with the dumbest program ever
-
What about a contest, submit your program idea to the devs and the best one wins? The devs will implement the program so your protected from anything offensive.
The winner gets cards and stubs. -
Terrible idea.
Here's a better one: SDS spends time this year coming up with a compelling vision for what DD can be next year and beyond. Instead of copy/pasting the mode and relying on "community feedback."
-
I would like to see a content structure like 20 but with an engine like 22 or 23. That is all.
-
@SuntLacrimae50 well I agree but it's obvious that the DEVs don't care anymore. They created their fan base and know that no matter how [censored] the game is. They'll always make sales.

If I were to guess, it's not that they don't care. But like somebody else wrote, this part of the cycle is probably a test to see what they can get away with. After all, they released a broken game for early access and never openly addressed the community.
Morale has to be low. As a teacher, I know when I'm not doing a great job. They have to know, too, and I'm sure it feels like [censored].

they sort of did this one of the years where they let the content creators or whatever they're called - the ppl who stream on youtube or twitch - have their own programs.
it was lame and a disaster. thank goodness they never went back to that.

Here would be the program missions if you let the fans create a program :
-Swing once. Reward : unlock entire MLB THE SHOW Card collection
-
“How much would you pay for that pack?” - SDS, probably
