Pipeline Frasso outlier broken?

Frasso is supposed to have outlier on the sinker but it typically sits at 93 mph. Maybe one in ten hits 95. In game the bar on the pitch icon says 93-100. Does he not actually have outlier? Not sure if it matters but I’ve tried using pinpoint online and classic offline. I also run both dodgers captains 16/16

I noticed the outlier on Skenes doesn’t work either.

Yep, 99 mph is the highest Skenes 4SFB has reached for me, mostly sits at 98. They need to fix this stuff!
