PS4 version has my stuff, but PS5 still doesn’t.

I redownloaded the PS5 version and all of my progress was there. This seemed to finally do the trick. Wish I knew this earlier @Victor_SDS

@Victor_SDS_MLBTS going to try uninstalling game on both xbox x and ps5. Reinstall and see if that I can get lucky. I want to be clear. I have everything up to date on PS5 just with the wrong psn name. I somehow lost it and can't get it back. Xbox X im still the right name. But its redeeming the MVP editon all over again. Ive logged out, back in. Tried to relink the PS5 with my MLB name here and it won't work. That is where Im currently at. Thanks for responding that is a plus.

Hey man good luck, I feel for you not being able to play the game and not get much of an answer from SDS. I went through not being able to play my Nintendo switch for 2 weeks last year and a week already this year. It's frustrating when all you want to do is play

Hey I appreciate it. I can play on the ps5. I just like to play on both. My good friend and I shoot the bull on the xbox. We are in different states and like to drink a couple and get crushed by others. I would like to have the ability to make progress for when I go back over the playstation and try to get serious though. I mean sometimes you (me) feels it on one or the other on a particular day. I can deal with losing my name. Im just out 10 bucks but I don't want to be out my squad because Im not about to try to play 2 seperate accounts. I work 40 plus every week and then have home duties. Only got time for one account if that. -
It nearly killed me when I couldn't play last year or this year to start, I'm not very good at the game online so I stick with offline but will get on to an online game every now and then

Xbox and PS5 still bugged for me. PS4 version is the only one that works.

I can’t figure out how to get my team off the ps4 version to ps5 . I keep unlinking and it says that I did it but it isn’t actually working. idk at this point. I’m really not trying to play last gen

My PS4 version had my team on it but when I went to re link it, it disappears again lol

What happens if you try to play on the PS5?

uninstalling, reinstalling, loggin out, logging in. Can't get my xbox account back. Can't get psn name back. Got my team. Not as bad as some but very strange. Anybody ever say what the heck happened to cause this?

@Victor_SDS I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything from scratch. My show account I think is the issue. Because I cannot unlink my accounts. It allows me to click unlink and gives me the prompt thats it’s unlinked but it doesn’t do it. Then when I try to look at the inventory while logged into my show account it says invalid user token. So my PlayStation and Xbox account are showing linked but are not when I view them in the app or in the console.

Yep same here. If I click unlink, it logs me out of the show website.. then when I log back in it’s still “linked”
