Account Reset? 4/4/24

@K2shady88 ya same here. But today my app is saying it's reset aswell like my account on my console so that's not great

@GlazedDonato oh ur companion app says that wow this is ridiculous, did u see this option to choose accounts after re linking or are some just not able to see that

@K2shady88 I was able to see it had all my info correct and I selected it and restarted my game and it still didn't give my stuff back. And now when I check to relink both say lvl 0 and 0 stubs

It seems that the following has happened
- Start the game with all links disconnected.
- I pressed accept on the announcement regarding my account.
- The link account is initialized and all items and stubs are lost.

@GlazedDonato wow okay so still didn’t work [censored], am I supposed to see the 2 accounts before I re link or is that after the code is entered

@K2shady88 it'd show up after the code. I did the whole sign into my xbox account to link after signing into my the show account. That's when it should show your show account and your console account with the lvl and stubs on each

@GlazedDonato okay gotcha, so I haven’t gotten to that part cuz I just unlinked… yah I think I’ll wait till tmr again lol this is just sad , thanks for the help bro

@K2shady88 Aloha. when i was on The Show webpage I logged in using my The Show account. theni logged on using my Xbox credentials, the code on my console didn't work. Then it showed my Xbox account info with correct level and stubs. I hit link, then had to hit again to confirm.
But then again, it still isn't working for me. So I do hope lt works for you.

I have played literally every the show game to date really if you cant fix this i wont spend another dime on this game ever i already lost my stubs and purchased equipment.

25 hours later it is still not fixed. This is some BS.

On twitter they came out like oh yea we got it should be fixed now I wake up more excited then ever just to find out nothin has been done or changed

Restore the account database from backup and return to April 3rd -
@Victor_SDS still don’t have account back sent ticket but my team shows on my app and your website just not in game also have it linked on website but when I go into game it’s not linked

Still waiting on getting back my stuff on my account. Still asks me to create team like I've never played before.
