@Victor_SDS I never had an MLBTS account in the first place what about a fix for us?? I have never been prompted to make one and didn't know it existed until today I have 88 hrs in this game this is ridiculous

@Sngambit- exactly what happened to my account have been playing since mlb 17 and have absolutely 0 stats from any game i've never had an "MLBTS" account i just really hope they fix this or i need my money back

I thought my PlayStation account was my MLB The Show account, since, you know, you guys were originally a Sony company.
Check email, nothing, check spam....again nothing. -
@Justillien_PSN It's extremely frustrating. I hope they get it straightened out because from where I am sitting everything not on my console hard drive has been wiped out and I have been playing since at least 06

@dpsheridan17_MLBTS Find myself in the same boat. None of my options have anything more than 201 stubs and that's only because I thought playing through that first bit would get me back to my stuff.

Did that and linked the correct account. All my pre order bonus’s are gone all my progress is gone. If I lose everything after spending this much time doing programs especially when I was just about done with team affinity then I am done with the show.

@Victor_SDS i lost all I was level 27 with 41,200 stubs. Did the egg hunt and very well progress with TA, lost muy custom League. All its wipe. Trying to relink choose the wrong account through my cell Phone. Please help me. This is very frustrated . Until now i dont knew that happened.

I was around 540k XP. And when I unlinked my account as suggested my regular account shows me at level 1 with 0 Stubs? I was just playing Mini Seasons earlier and last I saw was at 7500 stubs. I have 155 hrs… yikes… y’all gotta fix this.

@Victor_SDS tried this and didn't work. having linked the account, it has me at 0 Stubbs and no DD progress. I had most programmes completed and collections as well. All gone.

Same I was almost done with team affinity programs. Had all of them finish besides national league west and central. Egg hunt I completed. I had 9,800 stubs or something. All my pre order bonuses everything. Gone. Tried the log out and back in that didn’t work and it is all gone. Saying I have only 777 stubs. Yet the two cards I sold on market yesterday for 400 stubs a piece are still showing in the app. This is messed up. -

The servers are obviously bugged. I didn’t relink my account since it showed 0 progress. I bet they’ll update it and it’ll be fine. I mean I was playing for like 3-4 hours after I got out of class and this all happened while I was in stadium creator. So I had no idea what was going on

Like can we just have this game every year without all the issues? This is wild y’all… been playing this game since MLB The Show 10… I just wanna get my stuff back so I can go play some real 99 glitchers in co-op

I'm so glad I skipped this year. All signs from last year pointed to this year being a complete disaster but I didn't think it could be THIS bad though.

When I try to link through the website I have 2 account options to choose from. Both have zero progress. On MLBTS23. The whole year’s progress is gone

Youre not the only one with that Sony account issue. The thing that's getting me, why do we have to do this at all? Seriously, why can't it be fixed on their end.

@Victor_SDS This is really bad advice. As a product manager, I would never recommend "try this" for a massive screw up like this. This is not an official fix and if something goes wrong, you aren't guaranteeing someone that you will roll back their account to as it was before the issue. If your "try re-linking" does work and the official SDS fix rolls out putting everyone back at where they were before the issue, will you then put people back at their new progress because the re-linking worked?
You're not giving any clarity on what will happen under either situation and there are users, including me, that are stuck in the middle. Can we get a proper official response?
There was nothing official for the patch issue last week, either. Tell your higher ups that they need to communicate better. It's not much to ask.
