lost diamond dynasty progress

I tried relinking my account and got nothing back. Emailed SDS through the page but haven't heard anything yet. Even my double bonus cards for daily sign ins are gone - now only getting single card sign in bonus.

@Sngambit- Did you restart the app on your console homescreen after?

yes I did. Actually restarted all of the games from 2021 up. Nada on all of them.

EVERYBODY, I just fixed it on my game. what you wanna do is go to MLB the show website, click on my account, instead of clicking on your console click on the MLB the show account option, log in with your the show login, and then once you're logged into that link your console, once you sign in to console through mlb the show account, it'll give you two options, it'll say choose your console account(which is restarted version) or your mlb the show account which will have your correct stubs and inventory. click on that one and close app on console then re open game and it should all be there. I just did this and it worked I promise.

I signed into MLB The Show Account and saw that mine was unlinked. I had to reselect my account with all my progress. I logged back in on the ps and all my stuff was back

@Sngambit- I never had a MLBTS account to begin with but I lost my daily double as well completely a full reset stubs and all stats i've seen this was a problem on the old games as well whilst trying to find a fix for this one i'm just praying this fix it at this point because i'm not starting again

My account wont even let me click on link but everything has been unlinked for me... just get errors

Also, says when I select the left it will reset everything including my username? so idk gonna wait it out

@DochMurder that’s because you’ve technically created a new account. It’s telling you that new account will be wiped

I have had the same thing happen to me about 30 mins ago. I finished a CPU game, I didn’t get credit for it.
I restarted the system. I have zero progress, zero inventory and zero stubs ( I had 1.3M stubs).

@DochMurder it doesn't reset that account, I was worried about that too but It didn't erase anything on my original account

Have you guys ever been prompted by the game to make an account? I swear I never have had to make one and I've definitely not linked it with that code or whatever i'm not sure what to do atp

@DochMurder no, select the account that shows all your progress. It’s going to wipe that new account that came out of no where

@icdavis882 same thing for me. MTO. Turned off for dinner, came back and my DD is wiped. No stubs. No team.

Signing into the show account and relinking everything seemed to work. Wasn't the easiest to figure out but I have all my lost progress.

Just happened to me as well. Game crashed and everything was gone when I got back on. The community market (on website and app) also doesn't show my stubs or inventory.
