this link will take you right where you need to go to make a report to the ftc. I have been unable to use my switch copy and have received zero customer service over the past 3 days. This seems like the proper channel so we're not just yelling on the internet. -

So I am stuck with a game I pretty much can not play.

Unless the FTC has purchased MLB the Show 24, the FTC OIG won't be investigating. I know people haven't worked for the government and don't know what OIGs investigate, but here's their words on what they investigate...
"The OIG investigates allegations of fraud, waste, abuse and/or misconduct involving FTC employees, contractors or entities conducting business with the FTC...The subject of an OIG investigation can be any agency employee, an FTC contractor, consultant or a person or entity involved in alleged wrongdoing affecting FTC programs and operations."

It’s gonna take a lot more than the inability to use a game for 3 days to trigger an FTC investigation. They would have to be proven to be have purposely done this to those consumers after a very long and extensive investigation to get anything from them.
