Anyone else a little bummed that there’s no live series collection reward for each division?

This is the first year they’ve done that, as far as I can remember. There’s only one for both leagues, and full MLB.

I am a little bit,but then think with what they have out, there probably wouldn't be anything that would wow us , or the rewards would be so good that certain divisions would be way way more expensive than they are.

It just kinda makes the LS a little pointless to me. 95s for collecting an entire league? No thanks. Just not gonna worry about it this year.

I agree, and since SDS does seem to listen to what its players want, I hope they see this. DD is at its base a card collecting mode. The live series collection has always been such a big part of the game. If you were no money spent, you would have to really grind to complete it. Along the way you would get the team rewards, the division rewards, league rewards, and mlb reward. I am very happy to see power creep back in the game this year as this allows building up your team slowly, and allows some of the lesser legends they have acquired shine such as Adam Dunn or Paul O’Neil. Also this provides an opportunity to make the live series collection more important as there are less elite cards out there. But this year the rewards for the live series collection are the worst we have ever seen. How many of the team collection rewards are going to make anyone’s teams even right now at the beginning of the season? They are all pretty useless, and on top of that they took away division rewards. It just kind of ruins what to me was one of the funnest parts of the game.

@TubaTim90 Yes, and the league rewards are disappointing too. I get the power creep, but the 3 top collection rewards should be 99’s. They took the creep too far IMO.

It's actually smart not to have top 3 rewards 99

They are core so you would have 3 99s to start the Season 2 plus wild card and then unlock 3 more wild cards so you would have 7 99s in season 2

It's weird because I have rarely (if ever) used any of the divisional collection rewards in the past, but it still seems like kind of a rip-off not to get anything for collecting a full division (the XP is sometimes more valuable than the collection reward).

That Ruth looks great, but I stopped chasing LS collections back in about 20 or 21. If you play for most of the year, you're eventually going to complete the collection without even trying. The LS cards will be dirt cheap toward the end of the season, and Ruth will still be very usable in October when you can get Ohtani for 20K.

@SaberWolf269 It's a 26 man roster, 7 is less than 1/3 of that....and that should be your reward for grinding 2.5M stubbs.

    Oh well.

I agree with this here. Makes perfect sense.

It does feel like the LS prices have stayed lower because of this change I wonder of there is some data that indicated this and why they made this choice.

Overall I could care less there is enough cards through out the year that the collection cards end up pretty useless
