TMOBILE AND MLB THE SHOW FIX?

Re: Tmobile home internet problems
Okay, its not certain but after days and days of research the one thing that seems to have worked.. and now this could be just a lucky go at it but I went into my tmobile router app or whatever. I went ahead and switched the security from WPA2/WPA3 to just WPA2 so far its working.. I do use tmobile home internet. so hoping this actually is a work around.. -
Did not work for a buddy of mine.

I didnt change anything, but after not working since around July in started working again for me last Month. I played 4 or 5 online games that week with no issues. Havent tried again though.
-
Didnt work for me unfortunately. TMobile just says to contact SDS. Online worked for me the start of the year now it just finds opponent and disconnects. SDS have ignored this issue for months now and don't seem to care.

I got it to work after a week of looking for every issue. I literally deleted the game, reloaded the game. I tried everything with my router I put it in just WPA two as suggested, etc. etc. but what ended up finally making it work is one comment on a site said to remove MLB the show 23, so I did and it didn’t work the next day I was looking through all my storage and data and I realized I didn’t delete it completely from the console. , What you need to do is go into settings, data and game app settings, under saved data for PS5 and save data PS4 make sure Data is deleted. You also need to go into storage and delete it from the console storage. After I did that I played four online games in a row with no issues. This is the first day I’ve been able to play it and amazingly how quick it worked after I did that, hopefully it’s not just a fluke and that was it. From another conversation this was mentioned and it did work! Another thing you have to do is because of a recent update that causes the game not to work for online is Go into settings, screen and video, and turn 120 HD output off. MLB the show will not run right now at 120 HZ output. And it will continue to try to run it at that even though it can’t so you have to turn it off. Good luck!

Also I live in a an area where Tmobile is the best way to get great internet without lag. I live rural.
-
@redundant_mind89 It probably just picked that time to work for you. Chances are it will go back to not working soon.
-
@ChuckCLC ha don’t say that ! Took too long to get it to work. Been playing all night (5 hrs) no issues so far been great!

Is sd gonna fix the servers for us TMOBILE players I want to play online
-
I’ve contacted SDS three times. No replies. They don’t care.

Honestly man I'm sorry but any time you're dealing with satellite or cellular network you're going to get massive packet loss. Especially from T-Mobile. Working for cellular companies for 15 years I've always told people gaming is NOT a habit to build for those with cellular data. It's fast and goes well for streaming and downloading but if you're dealing with game servers like SDS or indie games you're going to have a bad experience. Games like CoD Fortnite or rocket League are going to do much better because their servers are larger and higher quality which helps with more sporadic network types.
Best you can do is hardlined and keeping your router near a glass window.
