Just go to the mini season itself and select pitchers. You can only select the pitchers you are allowed to use. Was it only this way for me?

You misunderstood I need advice on what pitchers are good to use especially the rotation

@sbchamps17 I just used 4 guys from the Finest series and Roansy Contreras from the WBC for gold reward for using a gold pitcher.
Edit: I think they were Strider, Burnes, Steele and Luzardo. It’s been so long.

OK what about hitters any good hitters, currently using a Cal Ripkin boost team

@sbchamps17 I don’t remember the exact players but it was all Finest players. I changed them in and out if they didn’t play well. I didn’t use a Captain outside the one time I experimented to see what Ripken did to my main team but he made it worse so make sure he doesn’t make yours worse.

Yeah I feel like he's making my team worse because I can't hit with him and he's so slow

I had lots of Finest on my little squad as well. There are so many great cards to get to play the hardest thing I found about the mini season was keeping my lineup consistent since there are ten awesome cards to play at every single position at this point. Signature Carlos Santana is an incredible card to play at catcher also

I had forever confused with classic. Santana is still a viable option for catcher using his incognito Slamtana card he’s a secondary position catcher and a switch hitter that will add lots of pop. That signature card of his is truly dynamite. Another great choice for catcher is the Great Race Carlos Delgado. He’s got a great swing and totally recommend him. Another thing I do is slot in Dihigo and Donaldson in my starting rotation. You can use them if you like to pitch but what it does is effectively gives you a couple of more solid sticks on your bench. Dontrelles charisma card is an awesome pitcher to use also because he hits well and has pretty good speed. I’ve pinched hit with him and hit four homers in major league parks out of eleven at bats against righties and have even pinched ran with him for some of the slower runners with success. I threw out Ricky Henderson with Delgado behind the plate which is truly absurd but you won’t catch me complaining when it goes in my favor lol

I know this might not be great advice, but I am using the Set 1 Captains from Team Affinity. This is a perfect way to try and get them to Parallel 2 and unlock their Tier 3 boost. It is one of the only things I am still trying to accomplish
