Why are there no players with the Mookie Betts arm accuracy to use

Cause who cares about Arm Accuracy in a video game. Was a stupid idea for a captain card in the first place

There are plenty of good cards to use with this.... Harper, A. Garcia, Buxton, Arenado, Realmuto, Harris, DeJong, Lindor, etc.

But they don't receive the boost though

They should... I use this Cap Boost sometimes and they get the boost for me. This Cap is S2 so you unless you use a WC on him, he will not qualify, so just wait until end of next week in that case.

In that case then you should be able to fill your lineup, and see the boosted cards. Just make sure the S2 Cap Betts card is in your lineup and activated.
