What are we expecting from Set 6?

Finding it more and more unbelievable that they haven’t dropped recent 99 legends such as Mays, Hank, Babe, Griffey (usable, not having to grind through extreme) etc etc.
My only guess is that Set 6 is essentially going to be the remainder of legends who don’t have recent 99’s, cracked out of their mind in hopes it will keep some people around.
They seriously fumbled ‘23 big time, i hope they take it as a learning experience moving forward.

Are we definitely even getting new cards and programs for Set 6? Or is that just an, "all cards work" season, with no new content?

I originally though there wouldn't be any Set 6 cards with Season 6 but in the filter in game, there is a Set 6 which leads me to believe that there will be new cards as part of Season 6.

I think it will be like set 4, split into 2 halves, first will be new cards,not sure about ta,think that's done.then it will go into the forever program.
or maybe the whole thing will be forever program with new cards mixed in with the previous sets. -
I would like an upgraded 99 Jorge Posada, Honus, and Gehrig.along with players listed in original post.

Seems they really neglected the older players in favor of the newer players this year. No useable Gehrig or Mays but 4 or 5 Schwarbers. Just falls in line with the disorganized mess 23 has been. We all thought this year would be a turning point but next year will be the real tell. Either they continue down this random path with duplicate 99s galore or they learn from this year and make a significant improvement. Time will tell.

It'll either be something that Person A complains about or it'll be something Person B complains about.

I would imagine it will be like previous year's "Forever" programs, all cards become eligible for use, maybe a collection, and probably some new Ranked and BR rewards? Of course a Forever Event with rewards there, and tons of rewind packs. Wouldn't be shocked if the expired Mini Seasons return as well.

Season 6 will be the forever program for xp so there will be boss set 7 cards but I think there will also be one of every special pack in the reward path.
TA 6 will be the awards and sig series I think a mix of legends and flash backs with no new captin cards as there would be no point as they are all eligible.
There will likely be 3 to 4 other programs themed around Xmas and then series based programs.
My main wish for Season 6 is a program like the 2017 finest program, that whole program was you had to complete stat mission from every series in the game to progress. I think in season 6 you can do this easily and just make the rewards so of the big 99 mention Babe, JR, Mantel

Wouldn't surprise me that those 3 are in the XP reward path for Season 6.

They should put up 3 players for possible choices as next year cover athlete as the boss. Whoever is chosen the most is the winner and graces the cover.

My best guess would be all the legends we are missing. Problem is, all of the sets will be good again so even those will be a bit useless.
We need a better Mays, Gehrig etc but like I said, we’ll get those 99s back. So basically, even though I do believe there will be new cards for set 6, I don’t really see the point.

We still have over a month in season 5. Season 6 will just be a rehash of the year, with the new cover athlete being one of the few cards in 6.
