Support or Account Issue

Hey, All ... Looking for some guidance. I made a rather large error and thought the Team Affiniti "Exchange" would simply make the cards I used "No Sell". As i'm sure most are aware, you actually lose the card all together.
I may or may not have made this mistake with a rather rare 99, so i put in an "Account Issue" ticket. I was wondering if that is actually the correct spot? I did this on the MLBTheShow app and noticed is also had a "Support" option.
Should I have used Support and not Account Issue???

Account issue should be fine. But this could get interesting as they may not refund the card in question. Which one was it?

I sent them a screen shot of the history of me pulling it.

Additionally - Does anyone know if you get any type of acknowledgment email from these help tix?
