Twitch drops

Listen, I love twitch drops as much as anyone and appreciate that they are free packs. However why do we always have to open a ticket or come to forums to let them know that we didn’t receive them, when are they going to fix the same issues they have with these every time?

I claimed all the packs yesterday and today. Special and Elite as well. All I have received is 1 regular and 1 special today.

I've had my drops sent to my inventory all year almost immediately after I claim them. I don't know why it's being difficult now lol

Join the crowd I even disconnected and reconnected today I got the special pack only and no elite packs all weekend
