Normally in Battle Royale, you get at least a few relatively easy wins in there, especially towards the beginning of the run. This year? I literally matchup with World Series/elite guys almost every single game starting in game 1. I’m wondering if we see each other’s record and are both just like “how is this possible.”? It just seems like 90% of my matchups are against other elite guys and it’s making me insane. Are they matching up based on different criteria this year?

They didn't change the criteria for matchmaking. I just don't think any average or bad players are playing BR
