While I was up to bat the phrase “Adj batter ON” or something similar to that popped up in white letters at the top of the screen when a new batter came up. It didn’t happen immediately but rather after about my seventh batter or so. The first time I thought it might be due to the batters card being supercharged but the next batter was the Johnny Damon KC Royals card and the same phrase popped up when he came to bat as well. He made my final out of the showdown so I couldn’t see if it continued on.

Anyone out here seen this? I was doing quite terribly with Percival striking me out three or four straight times so I was hoping they finally put some kind of pity mechanism in the game for folks like me who suck at Showdown but if this was the case I still wasn’t able to capitalize. Just curious if this has always been around and I just attempt so few showdowns that I’ve simply not come across it yet.

If this is in fact the case, what does it mean? I really appreciate any info

The person batting...was on the basepath...so they put in an alternate runner so he could bat.

What @GixxerRyder750 said. It happened when I was on the same pitcher.

Is Ghost man like 'Anchor-man,' or 'Letter-man,' or 'Gyna man?' 🤔
