Do you want to earn mega kudos from the folks who buy and support this game?
Give them a Diamond reward that is worthwhile!
Or how about this? Open the pack and have 5 99’s that you don’t have in your Collection where you can choose one.
Imagine the goodwill that would generate.
Seriously, it is very low hanging fruit…..

I can't believe it; I got 85 Castillo in my Scouting Report pack. I already have him, so I sold him. My other cards were a diamond bat skin, a bronze, and two commons (one was a FA).

The last survey took less than 5 minutes. Cant expect too much in return.
