MLB (and MILB) Unis in DD?

I'm kind of surprised that with all the content they like to fill in packs and in Team Affinity, they never added the option to use the MLB (and MILB) uniforms as DD presets. I know I know, "BUT MADDEN". But you can't discount a decent idea because Madden did it first, and I think it would be cool to have these as options. It would be a lot better than seeing blank uniforms every other game if you ask me. And it would be a pretty simple system if we're talking about rarities

Bronze: MILB Home, MILB Road
Silver: MLB Road
Gold: MLB Home, MLB Alternate
Diamond: MLB Throwback
Low Team Affinity Reward: MLB Home
High Team Affinity Reward: Most popular throwback(Phillies Powder Blue, 60s/70s Red Sox etc)

It hardly seems like a difficult thing to implement, and has virtually no downsides, so I honestly can't see why they shouldn't do it at all!

There's a reason they don't let you use MLB uniforms. I think it's a legal issue or MLB doesnt want it or something like that.

Probably don't want their stuff associated with teams called big [censored] swingers with pornhub logos.

It doesn't appear to be an issue in any other sports game, and I highly doubt MLB would care about something so trivial as to outright deny the ability. It's more likely SDS just never thought to implement the feature farther than the Hat option from 18 and I think 19

This was brought up a few years ago and the answer was that they couldn't. I don't remember the specifics, maybe someone else does.

It has been asked for multiple years, and SDS keeps saying they want it to be a user creation experience only. Which is really a let down. I would definitely rep some MiLB logos.

I would settle for the ability to save presets of the uniforms you create. It’s way too much work to alternate your look between a few team brandings/color schemes.

I wish they would give us a couple of extra slots for alternate unis .... as well as more options creating the unis
