LOGIN FAILED: A network error has occurred

Hi everyone, for a little under a week now when I'm attempting to connect to the MLB servers I keep getting an error message followed by ''the server could not be reached at this time.'' SDS support seem to think it's an issue with firewall or internet related, but this can't be true as I can play with some other alts on the exact same console. I've uploaded a video which details the issue, just wondering if anyone has had anything similar or knows of a solution thanks:

That was a bit cool for me I had never seen that years version of the game. I wish I knew what would help but I will leave you with this and that’s that you have a wonderful last name and for so many reasons. I’d wear that one with pride it was a Whittle who gave us one of our first turbojets

ps it’s also my fav thing to do when I’m outside sitting around

Pretty sure they turn off the servers, for a particular year's version, after 2 yrs.
