Glitch faces are still a issue in custom leagues

I have been very vocal about this issue since 2020 and did not realize this only happens in custom leagues when I thought it was ALL online related.
I have talked to several SDS employees and this still has not been addressed. It's still a major issue with custom leagues as players without a scan face get the GLITCH FACE and lose everything about them how they were created to look until a scan is added in the future for them.
The skin tones are not the same, they lose any hair long hair , facial hair etc to the same dreaded clean shaven glitch face and just make players to look nothing like they should. As layer into year goes we have more and more players added with no scan so guess what??? They get the glitch face now looking all the same player. It's not just 1 player on a tram it's several.
This game supposed replicate the players looks, skin tones, facial features and likeness?
