…however I just either (a) figured out something that everyone else probably already knew, or (b) might’ve just experienced an updated feature. Let me disclaim this by saying choice ‘b’ rests at around .05 percent likelihood.
I was in a rundown earlier and instead of tapping my top button (ps5 not sure of button but think it’s L1 and R1) when I was caught in a rundown, I mashed it much harder and I’d swear he cut back ten times quicker! I did this with two other guys with the same result.
Great Scott I say! I actually won a rundown just then for my first time since I began playing this game. Did everyone know this? If so, I just wonder what else I’m missing haha

On another base running note, I’ve noticed that the captain being enabled has flipped the script for me so far as beating out infield singles goes

I don’t think I ever quite had it in the first place haha and you can replace “it” with just about anything (especially ‘sanity’) and it would work with dis ol boy. Dipped one too many ladLes into the stump water methinks…yes…me certainly do.
