AI scripted vrs CPU

Yes , I never said it couldnt be stopped .You said it wasnt there . It is . Its in the progam and you cant stop it sometimes. Baseball is a game of chance and skill the outcome is not to be decided by a programable boost by the great Stubb Gods
-
My argument is that it is cheap and petty thing to have incorporated it at all. Its primary reason is to thwart any kind of play where stubbs dont have impact. Simple .Go ahead ,make my day go play the 5.
-
Better yet Broadcast your mighty exploits so we all may bear witness and slither before theeee . LMAO

Ok then detractors any or especially this Fubar , go to Diamond Dynasty with your custom team and play 5 , 9 inning games vrs CPU on allstar and send the game logs to me Kwikpoppa thru PS account. Just message them to me . You asume I have a bad record but that is not the reason for the post ( 329 - 67 ) Is my won loss record . So you and that other one send me your game logs so I can see the results . If there aint at least 2 out of the 5 each of you play on allstar dramatic comebacks or worse .I will call mysel corrected So get to it Barney and Fred.
Can I send you my franchise box scores? I have zero 99 ranked players and I play that on Hall of Fame. I don’t win an unrealistic 83% of my games then cry about it. I did manage to scrap out 112 wins with them and the 2023 championships but I can also play my fantasy team if you really wish.

The amount of SDS fan boys here is always laughable go to Reddit or Twitter these clowns spend their entire life defending this game on the forums.
-
I have expierenced unbelievable comebacks by the CPU and I have made some pretty remarkable comebacks vs CPU... It never felt scritpted. To me, it feels like a tidal wave of momentum that sometimes veers out of control. But that happens in rl too.
I also disagree with people who say you can't complain about the game in these forums without most if not everyone teaming up against you and taking the side of SDS. That's just not true. As long as the criticism is fair and rightly given, you will find more people who are with you than against. In this case, almost everyone is against you because your criticism is unfair and not true.
Check this out... Things I wish SDS would fix and irritate the ish outta me.
-
Players who dashboard and quit before letting a HR land.
-
Games only counting for 8 inn if the home team wins despite playing out the full game.
-
The sometimes stale broadcasting.
And lastly, I wish it was as easy as it was last year and years past to obtain 99 players in DD mode. (The last one is not a complaint but more less just a wish)
Those are fair gripes that I think most players would agree with me on and if people disagree w/ me and tell me otherwise, I'm not going to double down on my argument and say 'yall are crazy and don't know what you're talking about'... Because WE KNOW what we are talking about. I've been playing since 07 on all modes and across all playstation platforms incl PSP & Vita and also on the switch and I do not feel that at any point this game is scripted or against me.

I never mentioned franchise in my claim AI was scripted ,You can control your rosters ,slliders etc. I am referring to vrs CPU controlled teama i Diamond Dynasty only. The programming that makes the behave and react based on their attribute and personel. Now let me say now that scripted may not be the accurate word . Ho about "Rigged to be supercharged at times based on certain Like a 66 rated benchwarmer suddenly sprouting a jet pacck unde his huggies in the 9th inning to hover seemingly in mid air to rob a homerun and save the day. Yes these things can and do happen . In this years edition a pattern almost predictable emerges . The Ben Dover stretch where the game and the planet has forsaken you , until at las they have a 2 run lead. I never said it happened everygame but it happen about 2 out 5 And sometimes yiou can derail the carnage

The cpu does have advantages when playing the player. They use input reading against the user that gives unfair games and outcomes.
Try for yourself- play vs cpu on any difficulty, then get a runner on first base.
If you move your left analog stick in random directions before the pitch, almost every time you do that, the cpu will either pitchout, quick pitch or throw over to first. Without leading off or pressing steal, it happens soo much where I have to use a stealing method that the coded cpu can’t figure out. Long story short, hit homeruns, be aware of what you press at all times and don’t get in rundowns with the cpu. -

Now this is a subject that burns me up right now , I think everyone who has played vrs CPU in any mode on any setting knows this scenario. Its alway been there but guys dont talk about it a lot. That sudden feeling that everyone in the other dugout just sprouted capes and masks and can leap tall buildings in a single bound . That thing . Its in the proogram and it gives the CPU boosted attributes for a while. SDS pixie dust . Especially this year . Its cheap SDS . FIX IT NOW. Dont be looking around like is he talking to us. Its cheating . Im thinking that little box that gives your win percentage keys it. It aint got no other purpose. Whatever ,just flush it or say hey you cant trust us no more
Nothing scripted about it. It the CPU. They follow patterns too. Throw multiple 100 mph fastballs in a row and human it CPU will hit it out.

Play vs cpu, conquest, 3 inning game missions, rookie-legend I don’t think I’ve ever lost a game against the cpu lol, this sounds like user error.

I just beat the cpu by like 25 runs but that doesn’t change the fact that they have input advantages.

If that’s true then you should buy a lotto ticket because that’s rare

Continued to do it and still no, took a lead cpu threw over once and that was it, pretty normal stuff. Sorry I don’t have my tin foil hat on today

I stil stand by what I said, nobody has disproved it . I didn't base the statement out of sour grapes , it was based on experience play in over 500 9 inning games . It was what I observed . Take it or leave it but dont insinuate anything is not true or correct just because you are unaware of it . Unless of course you know everything.
-
If you beating CPU controlled teams by 20 plus runs in Diamonnd Dynasty you playing rookie or less. Im talking about trying to play an honest level game vrs CPU using pitching rotation etc. Any alternative to the online Cheesefests that exist at present and dont take me for somebody who cant play online . I can . I dont prefer it . Now dont be in here discrediting my observations because you thnk it makes you sound like you may have worn cleats at some time or other . Guys who play the game llike I do for the sake of playing a BASEBALL game know that what Im trying to relate to those who are not THE greatest and do not know EVERYTHING .Is totally a valid argument. And it was the afore mentioned parties this particula conversation was directed. And to anyone who feels the game is so impeccable, why you in here all the time ? Go play it
-
And let me add if you want to prove I am mistaken in my findings ,play 3 games in Diamond Dynasty vrs cpu on allstar setting and send game log to Kwikpoppa on message thru PSN Be interested in how they turn out since we have some proclaimed accomplished players about.Or better yet post it here
-
Rookie or Veteran you can manage , higher the level the morre the program wil edge yyou batters for get clutch boosts ,pitchers getting contact per 9 boosts, heck even the umps and elements favor the CPU and dont even mention the defense,a 75 rated team on hof setting will burn you quick.Stats dont mean diddly.
