Negro leagues Charity pack

Simple question of where can I find this in the Playstation store? Sorry maybe i'm just missing somthing here but I can't seem to find it.
Never mind i figured out the issue, it's only in the US, SDS you need to change this because i'm sure there are people outside of the US who would like this bundle.
I should have assumed this was the issue because it was the same with the Jackie Robinson pack.

Go to MLBTS23 then go down to where you can buy stubs. I think it was all the way to the right.
