CAP progression question?

I've gone through the ladder progression and completed the diamond rewards. Is there a quick or easy way to finish maxing out your CAP? I believe in past years you could sim a season. Can't find much online.
In any case, any tips or tricks are appreciated. Really don't want to grind out the last 5 points for each attribute.
