All gold everything mini seasons

I see the reward for winning the championship is one of those gold captains which are way over priced on the market. My question is is that reward sellable? And it looks like if it is you can do that challenge multiple times and every time you win the championship you get one of those diamond captain players which would be very lucrative if they are sellable on the market; winning the championship would net you around 30 K currently. Plus all the 15 packs and XP that you’re getting along the way as well.

It is sellable. Can’t pull those cards. Only way to get them is by completing the mini season or buy off market

My question is what happens if one of your gold players in the lineup is upgraded to diamond?

I did it a few times. It was pretty fun and can be decently lucrative too. Goldschmidt and Gausman were selling around 35K, and the other gold cards you get at 5/10/15 wins were selling for 15-18K (I kept all of them though since they are core and I needed them for that collection).
Most of my lineup was gold flashbacks - Dee Gordon, Moncada, Escobar, Duvall, Polanco, etc.
Packs were bad but nothing new there. I think I got one 85 diamond.

Haven't experienced this yet, but I'm guessing you get the invalid roster error. Just a guess

Correct.happened to me when Bednar got upgraded, not an invalid roster though,it was a not enough eligible players.
