Anyone have audio issues on PS4 Pro?

At times 2 play by play audio clips play at the same time, when this happens there is also a loud roar.
Normally I mute the game audio and listen to AC/DC but twice in the last week I've had on the game audio and this has happened, it last for about an inning.
This is in franchise mode.
