Corey Kluber or Hal Newhouser?
-
I was not expecting to have a hard time deciding but I used Newhouser in Custom Practice and his delivery is actually shorter than Kluber's and he seems really good. Whoever ends up being the better of the two, I could see the other being the "1b" to the other's "1a" standing.
-
Kluber, not even close.
-
I like Hal a lot
-
I picked Hal first go round because I used Kluber so much last year...I'll get Kluber in round 2.
-
Kluber has been lights out for me!
-
Both are good but I know I hit guys like Kluber much better than guys like Newhouser so I went with Hal first
-
Have both. Hal has been much better for me. Not even close.
-
I had 2 games with Hal where I had 23 strikeouts and 20 strikeouts if that helps

I picked Hal just to play with him and be different. All you face in RS is Oswalt and Kluber. Both are near impossible to pick up. You should go with Kluber so the game is 0-0 when you get to the relievers. Mix pitches and stay out of the middle if you can.
Hal is really good too. Even though I throw too many pitches down the middle I am 3-1 with a 1.45 era and 47 k's in 31 ip.

Hal on legend and hof is near untouchable. Kluber is the same but easier to hit on lower levels imo
-
The cards are very similar apart from the fact that Kluber almost has the worst speed differential in the entire game.
-
Just had a 19 K game in RS with Kluber if that helps you in your decision.

His speed differential actually isn’t that bad. That slurve is pretty slow.
