I'm assuming it has to do with acquiring his rights. He may want more than SDS is willing to spend or not wanting to be in it at all. Can you imagine though? He'd have 99 speed and a 99 arm/throwing accuracy and 125 power. He'd be an absolute beast.

Online RS H2H games should not have stadiums with hovering space ships and dinosaurs.
Also, the visiting team's custom sound effects should not be playing through my home stadium's sound system! -
